In the field of health, the World Help Fund supports organizations which commit themselves to developing medicines and new treatment methods which can heal people with life-threatening diseases.

Annually thousands of people die as a result of a disease for which good medicines do not exist. To reduce this number as much as possible many new medicines and treatment methods need to be developed for the short term.
The World Help Fund supports organizations which commit themselves in this area. Diseases that need many new medicines and research are cancer, AIDS, heart and kidney diseases, MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and other life-threatening diseases.

The World Help Fund regularly examines which organizations provide the largest contributions to heal these diseases. The following organizations are momentarily supported by the World Help Fund:
